Diamond Tipped Circular Punch Tools

1-General Features: Diamond tipped drilling tools are suitable for use with a drill. It can be mounted on all 10 mm three-mouth chucks up to 50 mm in diameter and 13 mm in diameters above.

In general, it can drill stainless, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The sheet thickness that it can pierce is 2mm in stainless steel and 4mm in other metals. For drilling thicker materials, the MBS series upper model should be preferred. The drilling process is carried out with cutting diamond tips welded to the special alloy body. In drilling, centering is done by the drill bit attached to the tool, and drill pressure control is done by the spring in the center. When drilling metals, it should be used with special paste to both cool the tool and facilitate the drilling process. Otherwise, the tool may be damaged due to overheating.

2-Drilling speeds: The number of revolutions should be adjusted inversely proportional to the material thickness, hardness and hole diameter, that is, as the drilling process becomes more difficult, the number of revolutions should be reduced. The relevant table is given with the products.

MBS Series Diamond Tipped Punch Tools

1-General Features: MBS diamond tipped drilling tools are suitable for use with a drill. It can be mounted on all 10 mm three-mouth chucks up to 37 mm in diameter and 13 mm in diameters above.

In general, it can drill stainless, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The sheet thickness that it can pierce is 4mm for stainless steel and 10mm for other metals. The drilling process is carried out with cutting diamond tips welded to the body of special alloy and form. Drilling operations on materials with a thickness of more than 4 mm should be carried out with column drills.

2-Set dimensions: All sizes are available in rows and millimeters from 18mm to 100mm in diameter. Determination of the product code is done by adding the measurement to the 0730 preliminary code writing.

For the example diameter 18mm, the product code 0730 is found by adding 018 to the prefix. 0730018 Product Code Material Type and Properties 21 010 BIO 2000 cutter-coolant spray, on St.37 type sheets (405ml) 21 030 BIO 3000 cutter-coolant spray, on St.37 and chrome-nickel (520ml) 33 010 CTAP cutter-coolant paste (400g) 33 009 CTAP cutter-cooling paste (1000g)

Conical Stepped Hole Drilling Punches

1-General Features: Stepped hole punches are a set suitable for use with a drill. It can be mounted on all 10 mm three-jaw chucks. Its material is high speed steel (HSS).

In general, it can drill ferrous and non-ferrous metals and various plastics. The sheet thicknesses it can pierce are between 0.1 and 4.0 mm for St 14 to St 37 sheets.

The material thickness it can drill in stainless steel is 2.0 mm. Special model for 4mm in stainless steel is available. When drilling metals, it should be used with special paste to both cool the tool and facilitate the drilling process. Otherwise, the tool may be damaged due to overheating if used incorrectly.

2-Drilling speeds: The number of revolutions should be adjusted inversely proportional to the material thickness, hardness and hole diameter, that is, as the drilling process becomes more difficult, the number of revolutions should be reduced. The relevant table is given with the products.
